William’s Wine stands testimony to a carefully curated and guarded winemaking recipe, that has now percolated down four generations into the hands of William Jacob Pallikunnath. William also happens to have inherited, a tangible passion for wine making from his connoisseur predecessors. Winemaking has been a family practice in most of Kerala's traditional Catholic households

Inspired by the tales of his great great grandmother making homemade wines in the late 18th century, he set out on the fascinating quest to recreate the homemade wine style in a non-alcoholic version, blending traditional methods with his unique approach to natural winemaking. What began as a home experiment in ceramic jars, has now grown into an established brand with an illustrious list of patrons.

Each sip of our non-alcoholic wine conveys freshness, modernity, quality and personality, devoid of any preservatives, additives or artificial colours. Enjoy wine at its finest, purest form.

STARTED

It started off as an idea, the thought was to revolutionize the Alco-Bev industry by introducing a range of handcrafted, artisanal wines that are naturally non-alcoholic. Through this idea, Williams Wines was born. We set out on a journey to innovate and revolutionize the Alco-Bev industry and now with our digital platform, we are just a click away.

WHAT ARE FRUIT WINES

HOW DO WE MAKE THEM AT WILLIAM'S WINES?

Our approach to natural winemaking is simple – we simply let the flavors and fermentation take their own course and express themselves, without the use of any additives, preservatives, or artificial flavoring or fermenting agents. After finishing their fermentation in oak barrels, they are then bottled and packaged, ready to make their way to you for a gracious sip!
